First of all, lets tell you about the Cinema and Games room, the main reason people book to stay with us!

Our games room is located on the ground floor and creates a cool space for all ages to hang out.
The games room comes with a full-size cinema screen connected to a projector and a firestick meaning you can access all the apps including our own Netflix account, which is accessible for your stay.
We have also connected a digital PlayStation 5 for guest entertainment.
The Cinema room also has a cinema sofa which has so many awesome functions, including remote recliners, LED lights, an ice machine cup holder to keep your drinks cool, a massaging seat, seat heaters and wireless phone chargers, it also has plug sockets to charge your other devices.

We provide popcorn, drinks, ice and sweets for guests, which you will find all set up for your arrival so that you can get straight down into the action of watching a movie or playing on the ps5. There is also a mini fridge to keep all your drinks cold.

The games room also has two large bean bags for extra people to chill out on, a table football and a full-size retro games arcade with 300 preloaded games to enjoy!

This games room is where the children of all ages will be provided with hours of enjoyment, whilst the adults relax upstairs.

There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom on the second floor, along with the family bathroom with walk-in shower.

Sleep easy in the master double bedroom, which boasts a mature decoration with a vanity table equipped with lights and also a double wardrobe to store your clothing.

The second double bedroom has a fun decoration with an LED light up bed, two LED light up bedside tables with wireless phone charging capabilities.

The single bedroom also has a light up LED bed, and LED light up bedside table with wireless phone charging capabilities.

Relax and unwind in the living room, which has a smart tv, fireplace and a large comfy corner sofa with adjustable headrests. The sofa can also be easily turned into a double bed to accommodate 2 extra guests at no additional cost.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an American style fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser. It has an induction hob, a built-in oven and microwave, and all equipment you may need for your self-catered holiday.
The kitchen also has a four-seater breakfast bar with stools.

We provide tea, coffee, sugar and even a breakfast station to get your started on your stay!

The property is located a stone’s throw from Ulverston train station and the town centre. Ulverston itself is a beautiful town with a vibrant atmosphere, lots of quirky small businesses, pubs, restaurants and bars.
There are lots to do in the area and Ulverston is a gateway to the Lake District. Windermere is only a 20-minute drive.
